We are about to close the first month of 2022, and the craziness in the space and drama is exponentially growing every week. From OpenSea BAYC exploits to apparent DeFi scams, it’s getting tough in the crypto space. That’s why sometimes it is better to avoid the FOMO and look at more solid criteria like data points and the founding team’s track record. So let’s go back to our article of the day.

Let’s quickly look at the data.

NFT market sales keep looking healthy. During the past months, a market that has struggled to keep up with its competitor has been Rarible. LooksRare volume is too high compared with OpenSea, the current industry leader and it’s due to wash trading, and that’s something that is also affecting the $LOOKS token price currently.

It’s getting more “savage” out there. So you have to be super careful with what NFT or crypto you buy. Just remember to do your research before putting any of your hard-earned money into anything. In the meantime, while we wait for crypto prices to go up, contribute to the community, build and create content, and help educate newcomers to the space. Have a great weekend!
