Nagarro, a global leader in digital engineering, has struck an agreement to merge with RipeConcepts, a digital creative services provider.
RipeConcepts is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. However, the majority of its staff based in Cebu, Philippines. The company bills itself as “digital lightning in a bottle” and offers high-quality, multi-channel creative material at scale. The company specialises in the creative digital disciplines of design, illustration, 3D modeling, animation, and marketing in particular. Fortune 500 corporations as well as Silicon Valley unicorns are among its clients. The company employs around 650 full-time employees and expects to generate revenues of over €10 million by 2021. Furthermore, the company has earned several design awards.
The deal boosts Nagarro’s design and creative capabilities. These enhanced capabilities to improve present offerings. As well as to create new ones based on a vision of a “metaverse” future. Furthermore, the agreement allows Nagarro access to the Philippines’ highly skilled labor.
